Using current literature, presenters will define underrepresented students (URS), outline best practices for individualized remediation, provide recommendations for individualized remediation as a means of closing the academic (GPA, NCLEX Scores) and success gap (Persistence) for URS students, and demonstrate how ATI products can aid in the process (ATI Pulse, Focused Review, Learning Systems, Launch).
