Exhibitor registration for the 2024 Summit has closed.
Who Should Exhibit?
We’re looking for vendors who market and specialize in:
- nursing education tools
- nursing products
- nursing books and software
- nursing professional development via educational programs and institutions
- health-focused self-care (e.g., skin care, massage, make-up, nutrition, exercise)
- pampering self-care (e.g., jewelry, accessories, purses, mugs, soaps, candles)

- Chance to network with hundreds of nurse educators and decision-makers from across the country
- Complimentary meals (breakfast and lunch) for up to four exhibitor representatives with the purchase of your booth
- Publication of your company name and description in the Summit program
- Attendee app listing and link to your company website.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship opportunities can be selected as an add-on during exhibitor registration.
All sponsorships must be reserved before March 1, 2024.
Summit Tote Bags – $2,750
Every attendee will receive a tote bag during the onsite registration/check-in process at the Summit. Sponsorship includes:
- Sponsor name and logo on one side of the tote bag
- Public thanks and recognition during general session
Program Outside Back Cover – $1,250
The Program will be distributed to all Summit attendees. Sponsorship includes:
- Full-page, full-color ad on the outside back cover of the Program booklet
- Public thanks and recognition during general session
Program Inside Back Cover – $1,000
The Program will be distributed to all Summit attendees. Sponsorship includes:
- Full-page, full-color ad on the inside back cover of the Program booklet
- Public thanks and recognition during general session
Program Guide Inside Full-Page Ad – $750
The Program will be distributed to all Summit attendees. Sponsorship includes:
- Full-page, full-color ad on an interior page of the Program booklet
- Public thanks and recognition during general session
Program Guide Inside Half-Page Ad – $500
The Program will be distributed to all Summit attendees. Sponsorship includes:
- Half-page, full-color ad on an interior page of the Program booklet
