Developing Intrinsic Motivation to Improve Student Outcomes

Nearly twenty percent of nursing students are unsuccessful in their programs (Elkin, 2019). They struggle with clinical judgment and often need to be directed to areas of remediation. The ATI focused reviews are mapped to the CMS assessments and are designed to improve a deeper understanding within their individualized areas of need. In addition to the ATI eBooks and Active Learning Templates, students can use Learning Systems to develop Dynamic Quizzes as a different learning approach. Students can determine the criterion and complexity, which empowers them to have an individualized learning experience and benefit from additional practice questions and rationales.
