Sierra Brady, MSN, CNS-Nursing Ed, RN, PHN, College Campus Chair/Director – School of Nursing, University of Phoenix, Fresno Sierra Brady holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Clinical Nurse Specialist/Nurse Educator from California State University, Fresno. Currently, Sierra serves as the College Campus Chair / Director for the School of Nursing at University of Phoenix, Fresno managing the BSN, MSN, Concurrent Enrollment and soon to open FNP programs. Sierra started her career in nursing as a nurse extern on the medical surgical floor at Community Regional Medical Center. Subsequently, she became a registered nurse in the emergency department at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Fresno. Sierra moved into the Professional Practice Specialist role at the Veterans Administration Hospital working closely with Regional Quality Management office and Washington representatives conducting risk management tasks for the hospital. While working at the VA Hospital, Sierra held a clinical instructor for nursing students on the telemetry and ICU floors at both Community Regional Medical Center and St. Agnes Hospital through Fresno State University. The past six years Sierra held a lead faculty position building and presenting curriculum at a traditional Associate Degree nursing program at San Joaquin Valley College with focus on Medical Surgical and Gerontology.
