Krystal has taught group fitness classes for 15+ years and loves every format of exercise. As a former professional cheerleader, she is passionate for all kinds of movement but especially passionate for dance, pilates and body weight exercises.
During this 30 min class we will get our heart pumping with easy to follow dance cardio moves and we will end the class with abdominal, glute work and stretching!
